    A candlelight vigil to mark the 38th anniversary of the Stardust fire took place on the Stardust site where members of the Justice for the Stardust 48 committee erected a memorial plaque, which was officially unveiled by journalist Charlie Bird, who was the original reporter on the scene on that tragic night in 1981.
