The Health Effect explores why there are health inequalities in North Dublin and the effects of positive social programmes in the area. The one hour documentary shows the different ways local people are working to develop the building blocks for general health and early intervention programmes.

Near TV went in search of answers to the problem that is housing today in Ireland. We invited all interested groups into our studio to discuss where we are at and how to move forward, the result is very interesting and some definite actions proposed that could possibly solve the housing issue. While we invited the government parties to take part and they did return contact, they never showed for interviews.
This video documents the Launch of the Beaumont Hospital Slà na Sláinte initiative.  Slà na Sláinte meaning Path to Health, aims to encourage people of all ages and abilities to walk more for health and leisure. The Beaumont initiative has created specific walking routes around the hospital grounds to help encourage those working in the hospital to go for walks on their breaks.
